Friendly staff, comfortable room, with attentive service from Ricardo and Daniel by the pool who truly aimed to please during our stay in the Superior Oceanfront King Room, Adults Only, located just 20 km from the airport, adding to the convenience of the trip.

The hotel offered a great location, fantastic entertainment staff, and a variety of restaurant options. However, some dining experiences were underwhelming, especially the consistency of food quality. The pool area generally felt crowded, and I encountered issues with room temperature control.

Great service and amazing beach access, but sunbed reservation issues annoyingly persisted.

We had a fantastic stay! The Partial Ocean View Room was gorgeous, and the beach was just so beautiful. I loved chilling at the pool bar. the drinks were just what we needed. Also, the service was top-notch, especially from a waiter who made us feel like family. Just wish the shower got warmer faster.

We had an amazing week with friends! The pool area was stunning, and we enjoyed exploring nearby natural landscapes. Don't miss the local cuisine. it’s a highlight. The staff went above and beyond, making our stay unforgettable.

One downside was the slow service at the bars. it often took a while to get drinks, especially when it was busy.

This place suits me perfectly, offering beach access, a fantastic spa, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped with my late departure, which was nice. I recommend trying the poolside snack bar! I'm coming back for a weekend.

For families, the buffet is reliable, but early dinner reservations are a must for the best restaurants.

The oceanfront views from my room were amazing, with waves crashing against the shore and endless blue horizons. The personalized service, especially from Alejandra at concierge who went above and beyond to enhance my stay. The food at La Luce was really good, with mouthwatering Italian dishes that I couldn't get enough of!
